1. Choose a medium (graphite, pastel, acrylic, or oil) and size you're interested in.
2. Send me an email with the medium type, size, and any other image details. Also include a JPEG or PNG of the image (if necessary).
3.  I'll then respond within 24 hours by confirming the image details and provide a timeframe for completion.
4. Once agreed upon, a 50% deposit will be required. When the picture is finished I will send an email with an attached image of the final product for your approval. 
5. After your approval, I'll need payment of the last 50% prior to shipping. Once received, I will ship the picture to you.

Lastly, It's my duty to accommodate you as best I can. I won't ever require full payment until you are completely satisfied with the final product.
